The Sienese Shredder is very pleased to participate in the 9th Annual Juniper Literary Festival at The University of Massachusetts—Amherst. Featuring the best literary journals and publishers from across the nation we are thrilled to be able to present our latest volume. The festival runs April 24-25, 2009. We were delighted to host An Evening with the Sienese Shredder, the launch of the much anticipated third volume, at The Kitchen, Monday, February 9, 2009. The wonderful evening featured performances and readings from the pages of this new exciting issue.

The Sienese Shredder would like to congratulate Ron Padgett on the inclusion of his poem “Method, or Kenneth Koch” in The Best American Poetry 2008. Padgett’s poem first appeared in The Sienese Shredder #1.
